Barossa Valley Estate wines are a contemporary expression of the wines that made the Barossa Valley great. They capture the distinctive elegance, finesse and vibrant fruit flavors of one of the world's most celebrated wine regions. Small in size, the Barossa Valley is regarded as one of the most significant red wine regions on earth. Barossa Valley Estate GSM is a beautiful combination of
three majestic grape varieties: Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. Barossa Valley Estate GSM features fragrant violet with a burst of red berryfruits lingering softly on a velvety texture.
Perfect with contemporary cuisine, or as an aperitif. Pair with steak, charcuterie, duck, turkey, mushroom, truffle, semi-hard cheeses, and goat cheese. Barossa Valley Estate wines are made to enjoy upon release, yet they will reward further cellaring.

Despite being a near even split of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre, it's the former that shines, billowing notes of flowers, tangy raspberries and black cherries followed by something meaty, savory and spicy and towing heavy-set cola scented oak. The palate feels a little overworked, lacking some freshness-the mouthfeel is rich and broad with ripe red and black fruit, chunky, savory tannins and oak, but it's saved at the last minute by an appealing lift of tangy fruit.
